I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
The interview process was super easy. All of the interviews were behavioral, with the exception of 1 situational. It was a super day with a total of 4 interviews, followed by a Q&A session with current campus new hires.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini (Kolkata) in Jul 2021
Interview
Technical round followed by HR round. HR'S are too much lethargic about candidate recruitment and joining. They agreed with me with a package and then after 2 weeks denied on the same. Also during joining and onboarding process has no clarity...

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
Interview was very easy, based on the amount of experience I had. There were 2 rounds technical and HR. Was asked to submit documents and thats it no offer letter even after 3 months. I was told there would be a client interview and when I asked what if the client rejects me, was told that CG has many accounts. My friends got offers without any client interview, but I had to go thru this process and did not do well so eventually when I contacted HR, was told that I was out of contention. Seems like CG is a projectized organization.
