Online Assessment: Aptitude test, logical reasoning, English communication, and basic programming/technical MCQs (depending on role). Technical Interview: Discussion on projects, core concepts, problem-solving, coding fundamentals, and relevant technologies. Managerial/Technical Round (optional): Scenario-based questions, teamwork, project delivery experience, and role fit. HR/Final Discussion: Compensation, relocation, background check, joining date, and general fit. Offer Release: Offer letter shared after successful BGV and internal approval.

It was very smooth. There are 2 rounds of interview. One is virtual and second it face to face. Then HR round with BGV process, after that get offer letter.
