Capgemini Scrum Master interview questions

Pathetic interview process, and very poor communication from recruiters. There is big issue in there internal communication. Even if you clear technical round and got confirmation about salary approved they will send you formatted email template to inform you that your profile doesn't suit so cannot move further. Big joke and waste of time.

They conducted 1st Round where questions asked were related to the position applied, 2nd round they conducted where they asked me about my project and in the same round Manager tried to discuss with me on compensation. After that I received their mail stating I have cleared all the rounds and they are initiating HR process where they sent me few forms and test. I gave that test immediately and sent them all the documents. After 1 week they again asked me same documents. Again I provided then and after that after again waiting for almost 10days when I took followup they told me that they are not going ahead with my profile because I am expecting high. I don't understand when they initially called before Interview that time only if I have told them my expectations then why they do such thing. Ultimately not a good experience
