Interview
It was good. An interview was scheduled within two days, but HR did not provide any feedback. After a week, I received a call informing me that I had passed the first round and that a second round would be scheduled. However, this never materialized, and when I followed up with HR, who was perplexed and busy, she stated that my profile had been rejected due to salary expectations. When I even said that I was okay with whatever Capgemini had to offer, he responded that even that budget was not feasible.
I was surprised. How can a big organization offer you something and then say that we do not have that much budget?.
After a month of follow-up, they rejected my profile.

Interview
Capgemini's hiring process is one of the most unprofessional experiences I have encountered. I have cleared their interviews multiple times in my carrier (6-7), yet they either endlessly delay or never release the offer letter. Even after finalizing salary negotiations and accepting their terms, they come back with further renegotiations or go completely silent. This clearly shows a lack of seriousness and respect for candidates' time and effort. It feels like they are running interviews just for the sake of it, wasting both their own and the candidates’ time. Such a disorganized and misleading hiring process reflects poorly on their professionalism. If you call them they don't pick your calls.
