Capgemini Manager interview questions

It was good. They will ask you mostly from the experience highlighted in your resume. If you have strong experience and communication skills, you will clear the interview. There are usually 3 rounds - one with HR, one with the hiring manager and the last one with the head of department.

There was 2 technical rounds.one hr round and process is smoot it takes time. HR guidance is good and overall the process is smooth.As per profile the interview questions ask by them.
