Capgemini Invent Business Analyst interview questions

Easily the most disorganised and non-candidate-focussed interview process I've ever experienced. The entire process stopped and started over 5 months (partly due to lockdown but communication in between was non-existent) and at no point did I feel that CGI were interested in convincing me it was a good fit for me? I never spoke to anyone I would be sharing an office with throughout the entire process, despite asking to speak with a manager repeatedly. First step was a self-recorded interview, two months later I spoke with a consultant in London and then six weeks after that I was asked to go to a digital assessment centre. (Which was cancelled and then rescheduled.) After this, I had gotten enough of an insight into CGI's culture and decided it wasn't for me - no one even bothered to reply to me when I said I didn't want to move forward.
