Atmosphäre war recht locker. Zuerst übliche Vorstellung des Lebenslauf und der Expertise. Anschließend wurde Anschlussfragen gestellt zu verschiedenen Themen (Führungsstil, generierter Umsatz und aktuelle Umsatzziele, Ziele für das nächste/ die nächsten 5 Jahre etc). Im zweiten Gespräch kurze Case Study mit Präsentation.
