The process consisted of three rounds: HR Screening Round – Basic discussion about my background, experience with data engineering, and current CTC/expectations. Technical Round – Focused heavily on dbt concepts, SQL, and data warehousing fundamentals. Managerial Round – Discussion about project experience, problem-solving approach, and scenario-based questions. The overall process took about 2–3 weeks from initial contact to final decision.
