2.Technical/Skill Round: “Next, I go through technical rounds where my accounting/finance knowledge, problem-solving skills, and scenario-based questions are tested.”
3.Managerial/Behavioral Round: “Then I attend an interview with the hiring manager where we discuss my past experience, achievements, and how I handle challenges.”
4.Final Round/HR: “Lastly, HR discusses salary, benefits, and cultural fit before moving to the offer stage.”
