      Interview

      HR Screening (Round 1): This was an introductory call where the recruiter verified my background, skillset, current CTC, notice period, and reasons for job change. They also gave a brief overview of the company culture and role expectations. It was a smooth and friendly interaction, lasting around 20–30 minutes. Level 1 (L1) Interview: This round was taken by the immediate next-level manager to the role I applied for. The focus was primarily on my domain knowledge, past experience, problem-solving skills, and how I’ve handled real-world scenarios. It included discussions around stakeholder management, requirement gathering, data analysis techniques, and tools I’ve worked with. This was a moderately technical and scenario-based round. Level 2 (L2) Interview: This was conducted by a senior management member, possibly from the leadership team. It focused on high-level understanding of business processes, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and how I can contribute at an organizational level. Questions were centered on behavioral aspects, ownership, and alignment with company goals. The tone was professional, and the interviewer was quite experienced and observant. Interview Day Experience: The overall process was well-coordinated and timely. I was informed in advance about each stage and what to expect. On the day of the L2 interview, the panel was punctual, respectful, and asked deep yet relevant questions. It felt more like a strategic discussion than a technical drill. They were keen to understand how I would handle ambiguity, drive outcomes, and work with cross-functional teams. Feedback: Positives: Transparent process Professional panel Good mix of behavioral and technical evaluation Timely communication Areas of Improvement: Sharing feedback post-interview (if not already received) A clearer outline of interview expectations beforehand would help candidates prepare better Tips for Future Candidates: Brush up on your domain knowledge and real-world project examples Be ready to discuss your experience working on the project from scratch. Understand the company’s core values and how your experience aligns Prepare for both strategic and hands-on discussions, especially in L2
