Interview
First round was telephonic and second was face to face. but they hire people who work in less salary.
They never negotiate salary, they will give which they want to. Experience does not matter at all.

Question 1
They asked desktop level question, Like Outlook VLAN, ITIL, and few question on server.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
