I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini in Nov 2014
Interview
It consisted of 3 rounds...aptitude, group discussion and personal interview. Aptitude was from R.S Agarwal, Group discussion totally depends on how you present yourself and Interview was a general talk and few technical questions based on O.S and Java and C(Whatever language you have mentioned in your resume). I was selected on campus. The selection process was smooth though the onboarding is very slow.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
