I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini in Sep 2015
Interview
1st was aptitude, which had a bit of lenghty quant questions, verbal and analytical reasoning were a cakewalk.
Next was gd and out of a group of 13, 7-8 were shortlisted.
Followed by interview. For non IT applicants interview was purely resume based and fir IT guys some IT questions were asked.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
