Interview
It was through campus and hence it was a very short process. The interviewer was friendly and kept the questions away from Technical. I enjoyed the interview process as it focused on me as an individual and not on my programming skills, which they would anyways train me later on.
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round Virtual second manager round 3rd Hr
1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
