I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
The company uses bait and switch tactics by initially asking you about your salary expectations, taking you through a lengthy interview process and then offering 20% less from what was initially agreed. What a waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much do you want to earn? Yes, we are fine with that. And then later - actually we cannot pay that
I just had HR so far they just tell you about the role as ask you if you are familiar with the concepts in the listing. There’s a bit of behavioral like why capgemini. Recruiter was really chill and laid back.
Process for just a junior role is too long, but i felt it was generally good, although they pay very low if we compare it to the market. If you need your first job then go for it
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capgemini (Pune) in May 2025
Interview
I recently attended a walk-in interview. The first round was a technical interview, where most of the questions were focused on topics like VPC, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. The second round was a managerial round, which went well and included general project-related discussions. The final round was with HR, where we discussed salary and other related details.
