It was a Walk in drive.More than 250 students came.Process was Simple.Two rounds were conducted.1st was Communication Round and the Other was technical round face to face which lasted for about Half an hour.After Technical Round Hr told us to wait For manager round.After waiting for More than 2 Hours we were told to leave and they said Hr will contact us in a weak for another round.But its been more than 20 days and still no response from them.

My weaknesses: I shared an area for improvement (e.g., sometimes focusing too much on details, or initially being hesitant to delegate) and explained the steps I am taking to overcome it.
24/1 Shift: I am flexible with my work schedule and willing to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends, if required to support business needs.
