The interview process was straightforward and traditional. It was a quick process. I met with the hiring manager first, then I had one other interview with an executive to ask more technical questions

My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
