Le processus s’est déroulé en plusieurs étapes.
Tout d’abord, un premier échange RH a permis de valider mon parcours, mes motivations et ma disponibilité. Ensuite, un entretien technique a été organisé avec un développeur senior et un responsable technique. Cette étape comprenait des questions sur les concepts fondamentaux du développement logiciel (POO, API, architecture, bonnes pratiques), ainsi qu’un exercice pratique de résolution de problème.
Enfin, un entretien final avec le manager a permis d’évaluer l’adéquation avec l’équipe, la culture d’entreprise et les perspectives d’évolution.
