The on-campus drive featured an exceptionally high difficulty level, particularly in the aptitude and MCQ sections. The questions were complex and time-consuming, making it incredibly tough to clear the initial screening. It’s definitely a challenging recruitment process for any candidate

Question 1
How many handshakes occurred at a conference of 12 members if they shook hands with everyone else both before and after the meeting?
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.

1st round was easy C programming and some C concepts
2nd round more about projects and some complex coding.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.
