I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and interactive. It began with a warm welcome and a brief introduction, followed by a series of behavioral and situational questions to understand my approach to teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.
The interviewer asked about my learning attitude, how I handle constructive feedback, and examples of decision-making within a team — focusing on both technical and soft skills.
Throughout the interview, the questions were clear, and the interviewer was attentive and encouraging. The session concluded with positive feedback, and they mentioned proceeding to the next steps in the process, which gave me confidence about my performance.
