Capgemini Cloud Engineer interview questions

I have given my interview got call that i have selected. Submitted all the documents and they said we are processing your offer letter and after 2 3 days i called them regarding update they said hiring is stop and we drop application. I can't understand all this procedure. After selection and documentation they said hiring is stop. HR is irresponsible arrogant. Not receiving call and not responding.
