Capgemini Analyst interview questions

The Interview process seemed to be simple with 3 common rounds like written,TR and HR. Both TR and HR rounds covered all the three skills like Technical,Human resource and Management.The whole process seemed to be like an easy interactive session.

There was an online aptitude test held followed by a pseudocoding round. Only those candidates who passed the aptitude were allowed to take the pseudocoding test. The candidates who had cleared the pseudocode test were called for the interview session the next day. There was a technical round and the candidates clearing this round were sent for the final HR round. The candidates clearing the HR round of interview were selected.
