Interview
Been ghosted for 2 month, I wonder wether I will get any feed back or not… I attended 6 rounds interviews, every round was very positive, so the ghosting really confused me…
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Madrid) in Mar 2021
Interview
- 1 interview with HR, very formal, not many questions, only briefly about motivation, current situation, and salary expectation
- 2 interviews with operational members of the team. Technical questions, quite tough
- 2 other interviews with high-up hierarchy members, a bit technical but more about personality, aspirations.
After getting to the final round and 3 months of interviews, I wish HR had had the courtesy to inform me of their decision.
