Interview
The selection process consisted of a standard HR fit interview, followed by three consecutive consulting case study rounds. Each step was designed to progressively assess analytical and problem-solving skills, with successful performance in one round granting access to the next stage

Chaque entretien est composé d'une partie fit, une étude de cas et un temps d'échange

helpful interviewers though r1 seemed uninterested. provided guidance when needed which was helpful. behavioral was nice and convo was good, r2 interviewer was a nice partner in m opinion
Caso online con un bot de 35 minutos de duración, con preguntas tanto cualitativas como numéricas. Luego, había que hacer un video proponiendo una solución al caso dedicado al CEO de la empresa, de duración de 1 minuto con preparación anterior.
