Before second stage, interview with HR for fit questions.
Second stage - 2 case interviews at PL to Partner level
Third stage - 2 case interviews with MDP level

Question 1
Why do you want to join consulting? Don't give politically correct answer.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
