3-stufiges Verfahren, welches insgesamt sieben Stunden dauerte. Obwohl es um eine Stelle im Marketing ging, wurden Fragen gestellt, die einem Mitarbeiter gestellt worden wären. Es war ein durchgehendes und sehr gutes Interview. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der die Gelegenheit bekommt, ein Interview mit ihnen zu führen. Die Leute waren insgesamt sehr nett.

Was denken Sie, wie die Arbeit bei BCG sein wird ?
Great screening call with Talent Acquisitions (kept me informed through the process and was very helpful throughout). The 1st-round and 2nd-round interviews went smoothly, and then... ghosted for over a month and a half. I understand moving on with other candidates. It's part of the process. However, please notify people within a reasonable timeframe. Ghosting people isn't okay in personal relationships; why on earth would it be okay in a professional setting at such a prestigious company?
