I applied for the employee operations intern in Bloomberg Hong Kong. The internship was more about dealing with front-line customer service. The first interview was done on their assessment website. There are 6 Question, each question has 30 seconds to prepare and 90 seconds to answer.

Q1 Please give a brief introduction by telling us your name, graduation year and a fun fact about yourself. Q2 Describe Bloomberg's products and services and why you are interested in Bloomberg as a company. Q3 Please describe your understanding of this role and why you are interested in this opportunity. Q4 Bloomberg is known for its platinum customer service. Please provide an example of a time when you provided exceptional customer service. Describe the situation, the steps you took, and the outcome. Q5 Can you tell us about a time where you have had to collaborate with other teams to deliver on an objective / project. What was your role, how did you work with others and what was the outcome? Q6 Tell us about a time you were unable to meet tight/conflicting deadlines for different tasks. How did you deal with it?

I ranked all of my departments of interest then i guess matched with a department. had interview with future direct manager and then final interview with head of the department.
