BASF Junior Controller Reporting interview questions

The interview was really quick and not focused on my job experiences nor education. They were asking more about skills and processes. The interviewers were the supervisors responsible for the position or team and it seemed like they were trying to raise info that fits the job position without focusing on the job itself. I did not know anything else about the position other than what was in the job description.
