The hiring process called for one virtual interview, which lasted about a 30 minutes to an hour. It was on Webex and they asked normal interview questions. It was with one woman.

waited 2 months for the interview, the team is very nice, with most female leaders, because i am chinese, they even ask some other employee with chinese background to assist the interview

asking me from bachelor to master degree choice, why come to Germany, why is my degree (germanistik) not that relevant to marketing, how long do i plan to work here

O processo em si foi muito rápido, sendo composto primeiramemte por um funcionário de RH da empresa, onde fez uma espécie de "triagem" com todos os participantes.
