Interview 1: Call with HR representative to clarify details on resume and other experiences
Interview 2: Meeting with Senior Manager on type of work done at department and skill match
Interview 3: Meeting with Department head over outlook and goals with company
waited 2 months for the interview, the team is very nice, with most female leaders, because i am chinese, they even ask some other employee with chinese background to assist the interview

asking me from bachelor to master degree choice, why come to Germany, why is my degree (germanistik) not that relevant to marketing, how long do i plan to work here

O processo em si foi muito rápido, sendo composto primeiramemte por um funcionário de RH da empresa, onde fez uma espécie de "triagem" com todos os participantes. Caso você esteja alinhado com o perfil que a empresa esta procurando, você será designado para uma entrevista diretamente com os gestores da área.
