BASF Innovation Specialist interview questions

Applied for position online. Received first contact three weeks later on setting up a phone interview. Couple days later phone interview was conducted for forty five minutes. A regional sales manager and innovation specialist was on conference call. Was never contacted afterwards for the next step in the hiring process or being declined.
