Arcadis Graduate Engineer interview questions

I had a video interview folllowed by an experience day to 'learn that Arcadis way'. The experience day also required candidets to present for 5 minutes based on a question that you could select out of 2 options.

Applied online, received a video interview in a few weeks, still waiting on the result. No technical question was asked, also asked the possibility of relocation. All behaviour questions. Next stage would be assessment centre.
