Arcadis Engineer interview questions

was nice and fluid, very straight forward. Start off with a psychometric test, then a phone interview, then assessment centre, then final interview 90 mins long assessing some job specific skills.

Good face to face. No day session which was great. Pleasant people. OK location. HR was bit odd but OK overall. Both senior people in my team. There was a preliminary phone call with HR, followed by a call from an interviewer, the good cop, then interview face to face with the good ad bad cop together, but bad cop was pretty good person although they tried to be the focus of the difficult technical questions.
