The interview process was three phone calls with various members of the team. Much of it was soft skills and personality-based questions to see if we would be a good fit for each other. There were also situational questions such as "A client does XYZ, how would you respond?"

Basic personality questions, how I would respond in certain high-pressure situations, and how I work through problems.
First interview was a screening, to check the common ideas. Later on, multiple rounds with technical questions. Very though, but if you are prepared, it should be ok. At least one round is with programming questions.
