I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru) in Nov 2015
Interview
It's totally 5 rounds first will be online aptitude test, second will be versent English test, HR round and two ops round. The recruiter is not at all co-operative. They have to atleast be little humble and show humanity, here it doesn't exist.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Nov 2015
Interview
I attended this interview at Hyderabad, and this went pretty well on day one.
Day 1 : Grammar test followed by a P.I.R, and a JAM. Next was the versant ( on a system ) which included 5 sections and later by a personality assessment test.
Day 2 : Got a call to attend the final round at another site, and when i approached the H.R i got to know that there are 3 more rounds to attend, namely ops 1, ops 2, and the final manager round.
this part of the day was the meanest and the worst part is that they (h.r's) don't have a clarity on what they are asking.
They invited profiles for that particular process saying only M.B.A's are eligible. but when the interview started they are just hanging to the question, why seller support when you have an mba? and later on there were questions like what do you like the most about amazon.in website? how do you sympathize your co-employee if he lost his job? Tell me an incident from your life, where you turned a failure into success? and there were numerous worthless questions like this, but there was not even a single question regarding the process they are hiring for and the attitude of both the H.R's who took the rounds was very bad. Just because they are in the interviewer position doesn't mean they are Jeff Bezoz. Overall, its the worst interview I've ever faced.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru) in Dec 2014
Interview
Went through 5 rounds of interview. First was HR round. It was more of a personal introduction round. Second and third rounds were online tests related to basic aptitude, listening and typing skills. 4th and 5th round is operations round which went for 40 min each. These rounds are taken by managers and they basically evaluate you based on your leadership qualities. Overall it was a great experience.
