Durante il colloquio avvenuto a mezzo piattaforma esclusiva amazzone di videocalling vi era un recruiter che si è manifestato ed ha interagito ed un ghost recruiter che si è limitato ad ascoltare. 3 total phone calls - 1 recruiter, 2 back to back HM calls. It was not very intensive but just need to read up on the mission statement and Amazon’s leadership principles and have examples associated with each one.

Questions based around talking about your experience through a Leadership principles viewpoint. Describe a time where you demonstrated bias for action in a work place/group environment.
Worst experience ever!! Extremely unorganised and unprofessional!!
I cleared all the gruelling 7 rounds of interview which ran over a span of 4 LONG months after which I was told that I was selected for the role and that they would get back to me with the offer. It took them another 1 month to only call and tell me that this role was being put on hold. Nonsense!!!
Not just that, also the interview process was absolutely chaotic!! Not a single round of interview was held on time. When I went for a face-to-face, I was made to wait for 4 hours!! 🙄 They just don't value the candidate's time.
A complete example for how unethical and inefficient an organisation could get!! God save their leadership principles!!🙄 I'm extremely glad that I have been placed elsewhere now and thank god that I did not get into this unscrupulous company, a synonym for Amazon!!!
