Amazon Area Manager Intern interview questions

Reached out by recruiter, and interview scheduled shortly after. It was one round interviews between two people and a decision within one week. Overall, the two individuals were other area managers from different locations.

Two interviews back to back with different interviewers. They asked about Amazon leadership principles, work experience, how you have solved challenges in the past. They were looking for answers that aligned with their leadership principles and background experience.
