Amazon Area Manager Intern interview questions

My first interview session was very easy. My interviewer felt welcoming, making the atmosphere very comfortable. It consisted of only behavioral questions. My second interview session was more difficult. He asked behavioral and situational questions, and allowed me to ask a few questions. Overall, it took one hour and it was probably one of the best interview experiences I've ever had!

The interview process was rather short for me. There is a lengthy application to fill out, and then you may be asked to have an interview. I was interviewed by two current employees, and I was given an offer within a couple weeks.
