Amazon Area Manager Intern interview questions

I don't believe I did a hirevue with them first. After applying I was sent an email where I selected which date for an interview. There was a pre interview brief we had to attend a couple days before the interview where 80 people watched the HR person tell us all about the interview process. The actual interview was 2 parts, 30 minutes each. They asked me around 3 questions each, 2 behavioral ones based on past situations and 1 hypothetical at the end. They would follow up for specifics and took notes the whole time. They were serious most of the time and ended promptly at the 30 minute mark.

The recruiter initially reached out to me. After filling out the application and taking an assessment, I had three back-to-back interviews and ultimately received an offer within three months. Fairly simple process
