Typical screening interview with a recruiter followed by two virtual case studies with various role hierarchies within your expected practice area. Last round is a fit interview with a managing partner. Note they do a comprehensive psych / personality evaluation. These results are shared with you at onboarding if you get the job. Not sure if they share if you don't, but you can always ask.

The interview process is quite straightforward and bit long. I applied from their website. The recruiter contacted me via email and scheduled a phone interview and then with the team members and a 45 minutes technical video interview with the team leader, self introduction, and interviewer introduced his team, and daily job. I am not sure if the interviewer wanted to understand my thinking process or rather just to brainstorm new ideas for his work... There are two more steps on the way . I didn't get to the next one
