Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Quite many questions probing into PM approach and technical capability. For director level, not much discussion for business development
It was a 6 month long process with around 10 different interactions including 3 full assessments. This was fully virtual during 2021, now back to hybrid. All interviewers are very cordial, but the assessments are tough and the bar is very high.

Question 1
What challenges would you expect moving from industry into consulting?
Very intense. I think I spoke with 11 people and took three aptitude tests along with an personality test. The process two over two weeks and was fair but indicates that AlixPartners carefully screens their employees.
