AlixPartners IT Help Desk interview questions

I was greeted by both the help desk lead and one of his associates. The Interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. However, After the interview I was told that I would be greeted by another AlixPartners associate for further proceedings (the assessments). I waited in my interview room for an hour. During that hour I received no outside communications from either my interviewer or a company associate. After an hour I decided to call the front desk because there was no communications for what to do next. After my brief phone call I was greeted by an associate just to be told their would be no further proceedings. I believe the interview process could have been handled much more professionally so that neither parties would have their time wasted in such an unfriendly manner.
