Interview
It was an interesting and unique approach to the traditional interview stlye of Q and A. The interviewees were asked to make a presentation based on a case study, questioned and then other interview type questions were asked. It was a nice change of pace, allowed me to showcase skills that one does not get the chance to with traditional interviews.

Interview
3 stage interview process, first two are fairly standard, the third one is dreadful. You’re placed in a Zoom waiting room with around 15-20 other applicants and several recruiters. You’ll do another one on one interview, a prerecorded answer into your webcam, and finally complete a series of challenges while a recruiter watches. The process as a whole is a great example of how not to implement modern interviewing tech - theres no reason to stick prerecorded video answers in the middle of in-person interviews. The challenges were typical brain teaser questions, nothing to do with the actual role. The worst part was the actual interview itself - the recruiter was extremely uninterested from the start and stopped asking questions well before the allotted 15 minutes were up, filling time by asking me if I had any more questions at least twice. Of course the assumption will be that I was a weak candidate - however I had the complete opposite experience in the first two stage interviews
