I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2021
Interview
Three rounds. Very detailed technical questions to discern technical acumen. Each interview had someone technical and someone not as technical on it. The non technical person mainly responded to questions at the end of each interview dealing with negotiations.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Process was extremely unorganized. 1st round oa, heard back after 1 month for screening, did recruiter screen then it took month of following up to finally get invited to the technical screen that has live coding round and then oop questions. last interview is behavioral with director, director cancelled last minute. got rejected at end. I understand big companeis may have trouble managing so many applications but there was so much disrespect, disorganization and just flat out unprofessionalism in the process. This experience wasn't unique and when I tried to reach out to AT&T employees for interview advice all I got was "run"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Jul 2025
Interview
First, a general phone interview with the team leader to get to know me better, followed by a technical interview with two team developers, then an architecture interview with the team leader and group leader, and finally an HR interview.
