The hiring process at AT&T takes an average of 30 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Sales Representative had the quickest hiring process (on average 30 days), whereas Sales Representative roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 30 days).
It was an on campus interview, hiring usually happens in year end for the next year internship program followed by employment. Interview was pretty standard and kind of long. It was in person interview and for a fresher it was mostly assessed based on resume, projects, communication skills, ability to handle critical situations and finally followed my a HR/Managerial round.
Overall good experience, internship is a package of learning, fun and interaction. Looking forward to employment and will share details on it.

The interview process was ok. It’s what I would expect from the company. Nothing overly positive or negative to say about it really. Definitely room for improvement in the process.
