If there was milk spilt on the floor while you were doing some other task what would you do
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Colchester, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Online application process took about two hours to complete, but didn't hear anything back until over a month later. Actual interview was laid back and really a 'get to know me' session rather than a full blown interview. interviewer asked pretty simple questions you should be able to answer without hesitation, as long as you've done your research on the company. I was actually surprised with how easy the interview was & took no longer than 10-15 minutes. If you do pass the interview stage, you'll then be put on an 'ALDI experience' basically training next to the manager for a few hours. I highly recommend asking as many questions as you can when at this stage as this will be one of the few opportunities to do so.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
Went for the 1hour trial and interview, everything seemed to go well me and the manager were getting along well laughing a lot etc so you can imagine my surprise when i wasnt successful. No phone call no feedback which is incredibly annoying by itself.
