AAR interview questions

First interview was 45 minutes on the phone. Second interview was on site three days later. The first interview was comprehensive with prospective supervisors. The second interview was a brief conversation and a long facility tour. The interviewers were friendly and polite. They seemed anxious to get me onboard. Received a lowball verbal offer from HR two days later. I counteroffered for $1 more, which was accepted. Three days later I received an email from HR that the offer was rescinded due to "not a good fit".

I felt it went pretty well, I was in there an hour. I researched the company, was well prepared, had a lot of questions ready for them as well. I was rejected for the 3rd time. I was a bit nervous but i thought I pushed through as best i could. I felt i was well suited to the role with the right experience. I was excited and was hoping this time would i get it. I will never understand why companies don't give people a chance. I feel they miss out on some really great workers.
