Great 401k match and time off

High Deductible Health Plan really is rough.

Affordable health, vision, dental insurance, 10% employer contribution to 401k when you contribute 8% (4% half matched and 6% employer contribution). Generous PTO. Tuition assistance for graduate programs

Paid time off recently changed from 120 hours a year with 40 hours of sick time to 160 hours a year of PTO. The new PTO plan has the 160 hours for both leave and sick time. I like this better in that in the past the 40 hours was a use it or loose it and the PTO could carry over. Now it is all carried over and it makes using the 40 extra hours easier for those of us who are not sick very frequently or do not schedule doctors appointments for business days.

None - good hours that are flexible. Good insurance.

While I can't speak to the health care, LM's benefits have served me well. This is especially true with PTO. I was able to take paid time off when my daughter had surgery, when my father died, and when I brough home a new foster child. That has really helped me
