"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

they finally got rid of pension like the rest of the industry. Pay is average but without any RSU or equity incentive plan for worker bees (director and above gets it) that really make the compensation sub-par in the silicon valley area.

Benefits are good, gives you 3 weeks of vacation when you join. They contribute to the 401K 3% of your salary. Health insurance coverage is good. Gives you Dental and Eye insurance. Every other friday is off. You work for 9 hrs everyday and get every other fri off. Can have flexible spending account. Gives you life insurance, twice of your salary.

Flexible work schedule is great. Matching 401K (50%) and CAP is a very nice benefit (CAP=LM automatically gives 4% of your salary into a 401K type plan). Medical is so-so. Eye plan is good. Vacation is generous also plus 40 hours of mandated holiday and 40 hours of personal floating holidays). Raises and promotions are hard to come by but not impossible. In four years, I've seen vacation days cut from 440 to 400 hours (carryover from one year to the next), change in performance reports (mandated stratifications), and elimination of per diem for travel. They have increased the CAP from 4 to 6% starting in 2016. The biggest complaint is there are no cost of living increases. If you rate a merit increase, it is typically less then the "real" cost of living increases. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Very generous benefit package, especially the company 401k matching up to 6% of salary.

Health insurance is very good and they provide ways to increase your medical savings plan via walking (steps) with Virgin Healthworks. However, the money you earn with Virgin Healthworks is not always transferred to your spending account. Aetna makes significant mistakes and you need to watch them constantly.

401K matching and vacation are very good. Medical Benefits are not as good as offered by other companies.

401K is good, they match up to 8%. Health benefits are pretty awful and expensive, no options. Since there is a yearly deductible, I went to the ER for an issue I was having. Had a CT scan, Xray, IV and had to pay out of pocket $1700.

Just got rid of the retirement plan. Health insurance doesn't help if you are still directing ~20% of your annual salary to medical bills after insurance.
