"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Best thing about the benefits is the flexibility to take vacation as needed, once you are established in the position. Worst part about the benefits is the lack of any meaningful bonus year over year

Overall, better than average. Have to wear a pedometer 15 hours / day to get my health fund money. And I chase small children around. Healthcare costs goes up 20% or so a year.
